In a major victory Occupy Wall Street has won the court case, allowing protest to return in Zucotti Park. It was only a few months ago that Bloomberg had his special assault team attack protestors in Zucotti Park under the guise of health hazard, promising to allow protestors they could return the next day. Bloomberg used a common tactic of lying to stop the 3 month long protest by having his white shirts erect a fence and ban all from enjoying the park.

Mayor Mike Bloomberg, in a recent interview, claims that the government is to blame for the crisis not bankers. Bloomberg tries to convince the people that government forced bankers to make bad loans, create bogus derivitives, embrace naked short selling of those debts on a massive scale, and to commit fraud without punishment. Bloomberg's NYPD have rolled out new high tech weapons on the Occupy Wall Street protestors. New high tech strobe lights and high powered halogens are being used to blind and prevent video cameras or digital cameras from recording the increasing massive police violence. Video below:

Bloomberg directed the NYPD to close down Zucotti Park and to remove all protestors, their sleeping bags, tarps, coolers, food and water and to not let them back in again with anything. Hoping the cold, lack of food and water would keep the protesters from returning. Bloomberg’s affront to democracy in action is nothing new for the billionaire who doubled his money while in office as he is now worth over $20 Billion!

Mayor Bloomberg, our NYC mayor, went out to Arizona to buy three guns for $100,000 of tax collected money to prove he can buy guns anywhere in our free nation. We wonder why he did not send his agents to the Bronx or at least Harlem to help sales up there.

Bloomberg claims that 90 percent of the guns from crimes come from out of state but knows that the guns bought by NY residents come right from here. NYC has really no legal outlets for guns and the people selling them buy them from other parts of the state and nation where freedom is vastly more popular than Bloomberg himself.

A group of elected officials, voters, prospective candidates and advocacy groups have challenged an amendment to the city's term limits law permitting Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and city council members to serve 12 years in office rather than eight.

The action was filed in the Eastern District in Brooklyn Monday by more than two dozen plaintiffs including former Staten Island Borough President and Congressman Guy Molinari; Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum; New York City Comptroller William C. Thompson Jr., who considered running as a mayoral candidate in 2009 prior to the amendment of the term-limits law; council members Letitia James, Working Families Party-Brooklyn, Bill de Blasio, D-Brooklyn, and Charles Barron, D-Brooklyn; voters from all five boroughs; the New York Public Interest Research Group Inc., and Virginia-based group U.S. Term Limits.
