The Waterfalls by Olafur Eliasson in NYC
A gift of Danish artist Olafur Eliasson takes some of the more monolithic architecture of NYC and transforms it into a series of waterfalls along the East River.
In the eyes of this distant traveller a wonderful glimmmer of light and water brings something special to our city.
The exhibit is free to anyone who can get around the East River and amazing. Joine on this tour and get up close with this video:

Brazilian born Fernando Carpaneda is an incredible clay sculptor. His themes are of the human form in its normal activities. Let me put it in his own words:
“I make portraits of rent boys, punks, junkies, thieves and outcasts... Instead of attaching myself to muses, I focus on male nudes to compose my art pieces, having the human being, the masculine, as my main goal in my work.
